Translation Notes:
I’ve translated ガリィ to “Gally” instead of “Alita” because that is how it is displayed in the game. Also, I’m just not a big fan of name changes in general. I tried to be as faithful as I could to the names or the meanings of names when appropriate. Gally sounds feminine when she speaks, even during times where she sounds very aggressive. That said, she certainly isn’t excessively girly.
Ido Daisuke’s speech sounds gentle for a man. He uses 僕 and 君 for first and second person pronouns respectively, and ends several of his sentences with 〜だい. All of these have the effect of softening his speech, though he still sounds masculine.
Gonzu speaks like an old man, and in a pretty rough manner. He uses ワシ as his first person pronoun, and uses several slurs, such as これは into こりゃ.
I am not confident how to translate 整備処… I went with ”Repair Shop”, but I think I should be consistent with however Viz translated it. …Unfortunately, I don’t remember what that is.
I’ve translated サイバネ医師 to “Cyber doctor”.
For the purpose of this cutscene, I’ve translated 体力 as “health”. Technically, 体力 has a closer meaning to strength or stamina than health. In this context, Ido is talking about restoring the health/ energy gauge. I think it would be a bit confusing to use “stamina” or “strength”, since an English-speaking gamer might think that it refers to attack power, or some gauge other than health.

Notes about specific lines of dialogue:
ゴンズ： モノ好きだなァ・・・おめェ・・・
モノ好きだな is kind of an insult, and means someone is maniac about something, or a crazy about something
ゴンズ：こりゃ見違えるようになったな。きれいなボディを着けてもらったじゃないか。
A more literal translation: You’ve become almost unrecognizable/How you’ve changed for the better! You got yourself a beautiful body.

イド： 僕の名前はイド。サイバネ医師をしている。心配しなくていいよ。

ゴンズ： ワシはゴンズ。

イド： 君の名前は？
IDO: What’s your name?

ゴンズ： だめだ、こりゃ。記憶を失ってるらしいぜ・・・

イド： 脳自体に欠損はみあたらないんだ。そのうち思い出すさ。

ゴンズ： そのうち・・・って、まさか修理してやるのか？

IDO: Oh, I just found them at a dismantling shop.
イド： それより・・・どうやらパーツに不具合はなさそうだね。
IDO: Anyways… As far as I can tell, there’s nothing wrong with these parts.
イド： よし。じゃあ、ボディの調整もかねて、少し整備処内でも探索してみるといいよ。
IDO: Ok, then! I think you should explore the repair shop– even just a little. It will help you get adjusted to your new body.
イド： おっと、その前に・・・君の部屋について説明しておかなきゃね。
IDO: Oh, shoot! Before that… I’ve got to explain some things about your room!
イド： この整備処の２階にある僕の部屋の正面にあった空室を、君の部屋としてリフォームしておいたから、
